Meet Iris

A gentler way
to be on
your own side.

A self-reflection app for making sense of what’s on your mind. A little more understanding. A little more kindness.

For iPhone. At your own pace.

A little space. A different perspective.Scroll to discover

01A little room

Some things
take time to
understand.

A reaction that surprised you. A thought you keep returning to. Something good you haven’t quite let yourself feel.

You don’t have to make sense of it all at once. Iris gives you a place to start with how things feel, before finding the words.

02Say it your way

You don’t need
the perfect words.

Start with what’s on your mind. Iris follows the kind of help you ask for: a little listening, a different perspective, or something practical to try.

Four ways to begin inside Iris

Start with the part that is still sitting with you. A feeling, a reaction, or a moment is enough.

There’s no sequence to finish.
Stay for a moment. Stay longer if it helps.

03On your own side

Change doesn’t have to
happen all at once.

Sometimes it’s noticing an old reaction.
Sometimes it’s giving yourself a little more time.
Sometimes it’s letting a good thing count.

A little less

“I should have
figured this out.”

A little more

“I can take
my time with this.”

A different way of speaking to yourself.
Something to practice, rather than perfect.

04Keep what helps

Some words
are worth
coming back to.

A conversation that helped you see something differently doesn’t have to disappear into the day.
